Maiolo Constructions Pty Ltd was established in 2017 as a renovation, extension, and refurbishment business for residential and commercial properties.

Maiolo Constructions Pty Ltd is strongly led by the founder, Joe Maiolo, a highly skilled builder who have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Joe is a registered builder who was trained in every facet of the construction process from the age of 15 and is able to find a solution when others may not. Add this to his uncompromising work ethic and renowned attention to detail and you have a builder like no other.
​Since the Covid19 pandemic, it was obvious the current methods of construction and the continuous price increases were not sustainable for the future. So with Joe's experience in steel frame modular construction, the business has also ventured into sustainable alternative housing construction.

As a locally owned and operated business based in the Peel region, we advocate the "Local Supporting Local" ideal within all aspects of the business.

We believe in giving back to and supporting those within the local community when the opportunity arises by sponsoring many local associations and events.
Maiolo Constructions are business members of the Peel Chamber of Commerce with Joe holding a position on the board for 5 years.
Additionally, Joe is a volunteer bush firefighter with South Yunderup Ravenswood Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade.
